PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy and Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) explains how Davido Music Worldwide Limited (DMW) (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, stores, shares and protects personal data obtained through this website, ticketing platform and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) in connection with David’s Residency Show (the “Event”).

By accessing the Platform, purchasing a ticket or otherwise providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Notice. Where applicable law requires consent, we will obtain such consent before undertaking the relevant processing.
 

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
 

We may collect personal data that you voluntarily provide or that is generated through your use of the Platform, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and payment information, ticket details, transaction history, identification or verification information where required for Event access or security, and information provided when you contact us.

  6. improving, maintaining and securing the Platform and the Event experience;

  8. complying with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and other obligations; and

Such information may be processed for purposes including ticket sales and administration, payment processing, Event access and security, customer support, Event-related communications, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate operation and improvement of the Website and Event.

The Company may engage or disclose relevant personal data to third-party service providers, including ticketing platforms, payment processors, hosting and technology providers, Event venues, security providers, professional advisers and other service providers reasonably required to facilitate the Event or operate the Website.
